Professional Background

Dave Riddle has a background working with both Architects and Engineers on the design side of construction. He owned and operated a business performing computer-aided-design services and consulting for over 15 years. He has also worked as a Construction Project Manager for two international elevator companies and a small general contracting company. With experience in both design and construction, Dave has a comprehensive knowledge of the entire process rather than just one element. After discovering Home Inspection and how naturally the job suited him, Dave became licensed and set out to start an exceptional Home Inspection Company. He has now been inspecting homes for over 10 years and has performed over 2,500 inspections!

Taking The Time to Do It Right

Dave makes a rule of only scheduling one inspection per day in order to focus on that inspection and those clients with no other distractions or time constraints. By blocking out the entire day he can make certain that nothing is overlooked and the inspection is performed to the maximum of his capabilities. All clients are guaranteed a fully focused and completely thorough inspection.

Educating Clients About The Home

Dave loves being able to share his knowledge with his clients. He finds a majority of his clients are receptive and eager to learn and he is more than happy to reciprocate. He truly enjoys when his clients join him during the inspection so he can walk them through the inspection process and explain what and how to look for issues with the home.

Home-life and Hobbies

When Dave isn’t helping his clients he enjoys sailing, hiking in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and playing pickle ball locally.
